2. Payments & Timelines
Payments: Deposits may be required; specific payment schedules are defined in your contract. Late fees may apply.
Timelines: Estimated dates may be affected by weather, supply chain delays, or unforeseen structural conditions.
3. Compliance & Warranties
Permits: Client responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Codes: Work complies with Texas building codes.
Warranties: Workmanship warranties must be in writing; manufacturer warranties apply to materials. Unauthorized third-party repairs void all warranties.
4. Liability & Cancellations
Liability: We are insured but not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or hidden damage.
Cancellations: Defined in your project agreement; deposits may be non-refundable depending on the project stage.
5. SMS Terms of Service (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
Types: Appointment reminders, project updates, service notifications, and promotions (if consented).
Frequency/Fees: Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Consent: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase; users must explicitly opt in.
6. User Responsibilities & Disputes
Responsibilities: Provide accurate information, ensure safe property access, and secure pets/vehicles/valuables.
Disputes: Resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then handled in accordance with Texas law.
